When you have questions about tax filing, the NTA offers various consultation channels. Choose the method that best fits your needs.[23]

Filing venues require advance LINE reservation (NTA official LINE: @kokuzei). Book 10-2 days before your visit. Same-day slots are very limited — book early.[22]

During filing season (Jan 16-Mar 16), an AI voicebot answers general questions by phone outside business hours. Call 0570-00-5901.[13]
